How to Delete Your Account

1. Before You Delete Your Account

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before proceeding, consider the following:

• All your saved trips and itineraries will be permanently deleted
• Your personal information will be removed from our systems
• You will no longer receive notifications or updates about your trips
• Any shared trip plans with collaborators will no longer be accessible to them

2. Deletion Process

Follow these steps to delete your account:

1. Open the Bon Voyage app and navigate to Settings.
2. Tap on your account icon (the top-right circle with your initials).
3. Go to the Delete Account screen by selecting "Delete Account" from the menu.
4. Carefully read the important information displayed on the screen before proceeding.
5. Tap the Delete Account button and re-authenticate if prompted.
6. Once completed, you will receive a goodbye email confirming the deletion.
